Why Lucky's

The reasons customers pick us over the low bid

Anyone can pour concrete. The difference is what happens after the deposit clears.

01

We answer, and we come back

Most contractors vanish after the deposit. We pick up the phone, show up when we say, and stand behind the work after the truck leaves. The follow-through is the difference.

02

Managed crews, our name on it

A foreman we know runs your job and a vetted crew does the work, managed by Lucky's. One company accountable end to end.

03

Fully insured, paperwork-ready

COI and lien waivers on file before we break ground. That's what lets commercial clients pay and gives homeowners peace of mind.

04

Built right, not cheap

Prepped subgrade, reinforced and mixed to spec for the job, and proper curing. We build credibility through the process, not promises.

The discipline

One process, from the ground up

Every pour follows the same six steps, residential or commercial. The steps a low bid skips are the ones that decide whether it lasts.

  1. Subgrade

Cut and compact the ground so the slab has something that will not move.

  2. Base

Crushed stone, graded and compacted, for drainage and support.

  3. Reinforcement

Rebar on chairs, or fiber in the mix, sized to the load it will carry.

  4. Pour

Concrete placed to spec and screeded level, worked while it is still wet.

  5. Finish

Broomed for traction or stamped for looks, then edged and jointed clean.

  6. Cure

Protected while it gains strength, so the first winter is not the last.
