How we close out

Priced to your items. Reported by location.

  1. Price to your items

We estimate against your bid tab or work-order batch, unit by unit, so the numbers reconcile at pay application.

  2. Mobilize a managed crew

A Lucky's crew lead runs the work. You get one point of contact, not a rotating cast of trades.

  3. Build to the detail

We pour to the owner's standard details, document slopes and thicknesses, and keep the jointing on plan.

  4. Report by location

Progress and quantities come back organized by site or address, ready to drop into your reporting.

  5. Hand off inspection-ready

Punch walked, cleaned up, and handed off ready for inspection and lien-waiver closeout.

For Buyers

Common questions

How do we buy from Lucky's?

The fastest path is a quote: send your bid items, plans, or a work-order batch and we price to them. For agencies, we can register as a vendor and accept purchase orders, work orders, or subcontracts from your prime.

Are you a small business?

Yes. Lucky's meets the SBA small-business size standard for our concrete NAICS codes, and our SAM.gov small-business self-certification is in progress.

What do you self-perform?

Concrete flatwork: sidewalks, ADA ramps, curb and gutter, parking-lot and street panels, pads, loading docks, and utility-cut restoration. We hold a focused scope on purpose.

Can you bond the work?

We are eligible for the SBA Surety Bond Guarantee Program, which supports bid, performance, and payment bonds on public contracts. Talk to us about the size you need.

Where do you work?

Six states today: Texas, Colorado, Florida, Oklahoma, Georgia, and Missouri, across roughly forty-five markets, with crews that travel.

Who is accountable on the job?

One company. A Lucky's crew lead runs the work and you get a single point of contact from estimate through inspection.
